Do you have delivery services?

Yes! We can deliver the purchases you buy out of our showroom in West Kelowna or Penticton.

I don’t know which power chair I want. Can I try different ones out?

Yes, we have a try-out service so you find the product that is perfect for you.

Can you come to our home to give us an estimate on what it would cost for a stair lift?

Yes! We provide in-home mobility assessments, give accurate quotes and can even install the product for you.

What is your service area?

Our showrooms are in West Kelowna and Penticton, but we service and sell to the entire Okanagan region, and beyond. Check out our online shopping page for the convenience of shopping from your own home.

What is your return policy?

My Mobility Equipment was purchased from another supplier; can you service it?

Yes in most instances we can service equipment sold from other suppliers, even if bought under contract. Give us a call and we will see what we can do to help you and gain you as a new client.

Are you a vendor for the SDPR BC Ministry Contract?

Yes we are a vendor and we can help you with any new equipment needs of service on your current equipment. Give us a call at (778) 755-8230 to discuss or book an appointment.

Do you have parts in stock for mobility equipment?

Premium Mobility stocks a wide range of parts and accessories for all our brands of medical devices from tires and tubes, batteries, electronic components, seating components and much more. Premium Mobility Stores are also linked together so by chance if one location does not have something, parts can be transferred overnight.

How often should I charge my power wheelchair or scooter?

Charging frequency depends on how much you use your device, If you use it daily we suggest charging it nightly. Just avoid doing frequent short charges throughout the day this can be harmful to your battery lift. Please call us to discuss and we can help you through a process that works for you and maintain the best battery efficiency you can get.

What do I do with my scooter if I do not use it in the winter?

Best practice is to make sure it is fully charged and stored in a warm dry place, give us a call to discuss other tips on storage and battery maintenance.

Does your company service the needs of hospitals and long term care facilities?

Yes we currently service many Hospitals and LTC homes in the area and beyond, Give us a call to discuss your needs from new equipment to servicing your current mobility equipment.

Do you service the Kootenays and North Okanagan areas?
